About the Role:
Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Day Program Facilitator to join their team in Cleveland, MS. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate daily program activities for participants in alignment with individual goals and program objectives
- Supervise and mentor day program staff, volunteers, and support personnel
- Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Develop and implement structured curricula, life skills training, and community integration activities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external service providers to ensure holistic participant support
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive program environment in compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead team meetings, provide staff training, and support professional development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field required
- Prior experience working in a day program, developmental disabilities, or social services setting
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized program plans and activities
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to empowering individuals in the community
